Think of Rwanda primates as three different experiences
Gorillas, golden monkeys, and chimpanzees are not interchangeable. Gorillas are the headline premium experience. Golden monkeys are the easiest second day in the same area. Chimpanzees push the trip into a more forest-heavy Nyungwe route.

What fits by time available
With three to four days, Rwanda usually works best as a gorilla trip with or without Kigali. With four to five days, golden monkeys become more realistic. With six to seven days or more, Nyungwe and chimpanzees start to make real sense.
